Is there a minimum quantity?

We have a 6 piece minimum. 

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Is there an artwork setup fee?

Yes, we charge a one-time $25 artwork fee to digitize your artwork. Reoccurring order won't associated with the fee (if the artwork is being sewn onto a similar type of product and at the same size). 

Can I see a sample before I order?

Yes, you can email us at support@yourcustomembroidery.com to request free sample of our own work.

What if I have a problem with my order?

You can either call us or send us an email at: support@yourcustomembroidery.com

Can I select different colors or styles of products for the same order?

Yes, you can pick different types of hats and color of hats. There isn't extra charge as long its the same artwork.

Where do I upload my artwork?

You can upload your artwork on the design tool page. First select a product and then click "Start Designing".
